Description
Flaco was a Eurasian Eagle Owl who escaped his enclosure in Central Park Zoo in 2023. He was able to live wild in the park, hunting rodents, roosting in his favourite tree and appearing at residents’ apartment windows. He thrived until 2024, when he collided with a building. This artwork was made in 2024 and released in 2026 to commemorate the Wild Inside documentary about his life.
